We welcome all students and their families who share or respect our Catholic faith, values and traditions.
Catholic education is supported by State and Federal funding, with families contributing the balance of the cost of educating their children.
At times, some families are unable to meet their commitment to the full costs of education. As a Catholic school system, we ensure fee relief mechanisms are available to support families in time of need. We encourage these discussions on enrolment or as these needs emerge.
Fees are charged on an annual basis. The first fee statement is issued in February with the annual charges shown. Subsequent fee statements will then be issued during the year.
A Tuition Fee of $960 per family will apply.
A Capital Fee of $155 per family will apply.
This fee is levied for the ongoing capital upgrade of school facilities.
The Student Fee of $255 per student covers all student supplies, project materials, technology maintenance and local excursions.
Families will be required to pay a Technology Levy of $240 per student.
School camps (payable per student) are billed separately and are payable before departure.
Parents and guardians are reminded that early written notification of a student withdrawing during the school year is required. Where a student exits the school during a Term, fees are payable to the end of the Term the student exited. Fee accounts will be adjusted pro-rata for tuition and capital fees.
Next year’s fees will be determined by the end of 2025.
In December, all families will receive a letter (school fees pack) which will include all relevant information.
A Fee Payment Plan must be completed by all families and returned to the school by the end of February.
Fees are due and payable in full by February each year unless a payment plan has been completed.
The following options are available for the payment of school fees:
Families who chose to pay in full via direct debit or EFT will have their payments processed on 28 February.
Please note: Where the fee account is split between families the payment in full discount will be split accordingly.
The following instalment arrangements are available:

Where families are eligible for the Camps, Sports and Excursion Funding, they can also apply for the Family Fee Assistance Scheme.

If you have any concerns regarding payment of school fees, you are encouraged to discuss these at any time with the Principal. To arrange an appointment please contact the office on 53911575.
It is a condition of enrolment that all families contribute to the cost of education. We recognise that circumstances may change, and it is an expectation that the fee payer will contact the school to negotiate an alternative payment plan or seek concessional support.
As a last resort the school will commence debt recovery or take legal action where no adequate response has been achieved from approaches for fee payment. Costs incurred by the school from such methods are fully recoverable from the Debtor. This is a last resort for the school but is necessary as a matter of justice for paying members of the school community and the financial sustainability of the school.
